Pottermirror was founded in 2022 as a small one-product store offering the “Mirror of Desire.” Today, we offer a wide range of high-quality magical mirrors and collectible decor for Harry Potter fans and general customers alike.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Simply add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase using one of our secure payment methods. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.

Yes — as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number to request a change or cancellation.

Yes, but only before your order has been shipped. Once it’s dispatched, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to request an address change. We can provide their contact details if needed.

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized items require an additional 2–3 business days for customization.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options depending on your location.

Please upload the missing file in your customer account (if possible) or email it to info@pottermirror.com with your order number. We cannot personalize an item once it has been shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to all EU countries, the USA, and Australia.

Except for some islands and certain delivery zones.

Average delivery time is 10–14 business days worldwide. If your item ships from a local warehouse (e.g., Europe or Asia), delivery may take only 7–10 business days.

Depending on the destination, we work with DHL International, FedEx, UPS, DPD, YunExpress, GoFo Express, OMGO, or other trusted partners.

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a separate email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment via our website or through third-party tracking services.

Tracking links may take up to 48 hours to update. If it still doesn’t work after that, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Usually, no customs fees apply. If you are unexpectedly charged, please contact us and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Please contact the shipping provider first (e.g. DHL, FedEx). If they are unable to help, reach out to us — we’ll support you in resolving the issue.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can correct it. After shipment, address changes must be handled directly with the courier. Additional fees may apply depending on their policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU law. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned complete with all accessories.

You can submit a return request through our shop system (if available) or contact us via the contact form or email. Please do not send returns without prior notice.

Within the EU, we usually provide a free return label for eligible items. For international returns (outside the EU), free returns are available for orders above €50.

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after we receive the returned item. PayPal refunds are usually faster (2–4 business days).

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — a return may not be necessary.

Yes, all products include a 1-year warranty. Warranty cases are handled according to our warranty and return policy.

Returns after 14 days are generally not accepted, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Yes, you can upload your own image. For best results, we recommend using our high-resolution printed inserts.

A hidden button on the back activates the LED lights, causing the reflection to fade and the image to appear illuminated.

No, it runs on a rechargeable battery and does not require a permanent power connection.

The built-in battery lasts around 6–8 hours depending on brightness level.

The mirror can be easily recharged using a standard USB-C cable.

The frame is magnetically sealed — no screws needed. Simply lift gently to open and replace the image.

Yes! You can transfer videos via USB or Bluetooth. Please follow the instructions in the manual or watch our tutorial here: Instructions Manual.

Customization

Personalized products require an additional 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Please upload standard image files (JPG, PNG). For security reasons, we cannot accept ZIP, RAR, or PDF files.

You can update your personalization details only before your order is processed. Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.
